Minnewaska Community Health Services offers a wide range of living options and care services that can be personalized to ensure each of our residents feels comfortable and safe. Explore our facilities to find a place that fits your unique needs.

Assisted Living

MCHS provides residents with assisted living services to help them live independently both safely and comfortably. Our assisted living option is available at Hoffman Senior Living, Holly Ridge Manor, and Country View Senior Living.

Memory Care

Our memory care staff is specially trained to understand the unique needs of people with dementia and is available for assistance 24-hours a day. MCHS memory care is provided at two of our residences, Glacial Trails and Hoffman Senior Living.

Skilled Nursing

MCHS offers around-the-clock, exceptional skilled nursing services tailored to the needs of each individual. Our skilled nursing care is provided at our Minnewaska Lutheran Home facility.

Independent Living

Independent living is for those 62 years of age and older who require minimal assistance in maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle. Minnewaska Apartments is conveniently located just one block from downtown Starbuck.

Therapy Services

MCHS offers a variety of therapy services to both our residents and members of the public. We partner with the team at Blue Stone Therapy to provide services for people of all ages in need of physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
