*Part-time Dietary Aide position currently available. Position includes every other weekend and every other holiday rotation. Must be available to work weekday morning shift hours.

Responsibilities:
This position requires responsibility to provide assistance in all dietary functions. This position requires responsibility to assist in preparing food items in a sanitary and timely manner, serving food and beverages in dining rooms, cleaning work areas and dining areas, performing dishwashing and cleaning processes, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

RN-Case Manager
Minnewaska Lutheran Home

*Full-time, benefit-eligible RN Case Manager position available. Position includes RN weekend rotation (approximately every 4th weekend rotation).

Responsibilities:

The RN Case Manager must be licensed by the state and have experience in geriatric nursing, rehabilitation, safety, critical thinking skills and team management. The RN Case Manager ensures that all nursing services provided to the residents under his/her case management receive adequate and timely care, which is pertinent to the residents health status/condition. The RN Case Manager will be responsible to meet the resident needs by doing resident assessment, planning, evaluation and supervision of cares.

Requirements:

Previous nursing home RN experience is preferred, but not required. Must have excellent observation and clinical judgment and good oral and written communication skills. Applicant must be able to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a successful manner. Must have strong organizational skills and possess ability to prioritize workload. The individual must be dependable and have excellent interpersonal skills. Must demonstrate understanding and realizing the importance of each staff person on the MLH team. Have ability to communicate and comprehend; ability to educate, train, and motivate employees of diverse ages and backgrounds.
